Bachelor's degree (preferably in Medical), Minimum 6 months consultancy contract, 1 year BPO/Call Center experience preferred, Excellent English communication skills required, Knowledge of EMR/EHR and Medical Insurance preferred.Key responsabilities:
- Respond to chats, calls, and emails
- Provide administrative support and data entry
- Obtain patient medical history from EHR
- Enter patient information and maintain records
- Collect payments and comply with HIPAA policy
