Job description

looking for a Front Desk - Receptionist to join our team. This position

has a normal schedule of 9 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday We are looking

to hire this position immediately.


You will be responsible for performing all of the duties involved in the

admin & customer service process. These duties include :

-Provides prompt and professional customer service by responding to customer calls and emails.

-Process emails and voicemail according to the rules and standards the individual manager wants.

-Front desk responsibilities - handles customers, vendors, and walk-in

traffic. You may see 10-15 people come in during the normal day. The

majority of our business is done by email and phone

-The main point of contact for initializing invoicing and COD Routine


Our Ideal person is:

-2+ Years of relevant experience in an office setting

-Consistent with attendance and performance.

-Communicates well

-A "can do" and "get the job done" mentality

-Tech Savvy, you will be using Microsoft Office and other computer programs all day

-Energetic
