We are looking for a strong Demand Generation Manager to lead Fieldwire’s digital marketing motion. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will manage our 7-digit paid acquisition budget and collaborate with our partners at Hilti (parent company) to scale lead generation strategies for maximum revenue impact. We expect you to adopt a data-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on the bottom-line value of the programs. Fieldwire is at the start of its journey to change the construction industry and needs passionate, talented people to join us in achieving the mission.
What you’ll be doing
A day in the life of a Demand Generation Manager will see you:
- Define, drive, and execute Fieldwire’s digital marketing strategy
- Work with our Digital Ads Manager to deliver on paid acquisition campaigns
- Drive alignment and enforce SLA with go-to-market teams
- Monitor performance metrics and budget tracking
- Explore and prioritize new opportunities for Fieldwire
The primary responsibilities of our next Demand Generation Manager will be to:
- Own the acquisition of new customers through digital channels (SEM, SEO, email marketing)
- Manage budgets and forecasts, optimize initiatives for impact on the bottom-line
- Spearhead the launch of inbound campaigns for new geographies, product lines, and industries
- Build and operate a marketing motion to supercharge cross-selling between Hilti (parent company) and Fieldwire
- Manage and nurture the relationship with the local Sales teams
- Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment
At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Demand Generation Manager to have the following skills, experiences, and qualities:
- 7+ years relevant experience (demand generation, growth marketing, or general marketing)
- Deep understanding of paid media strategies, marketing automation, email marketing tactics, and lead management
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, earning trust as a strategic business partner
- Proven track record of defining and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
- Varied background across marketing disciplines
- Excellent analytical skills

Compensation:
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $140,000 - $180,000
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%.
Where is the job located?
This role is fully remote within the US. Our HQ is in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is located right off of Embarcadero Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
