As we expand our reach and capabilities, we are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to supercharge our demand generation capabilities and fuel our next stage of growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, experienced marketer to build, manage and optimize Arpio’s demand generation for sales. Reporting to our Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams, you’ll be on the ground floor of driving success for Arpio’s go-to-market team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness and generate net new sales leads within our desired customer profile
  • Nurture leads and convert them to sales opportunities using lead- and account-based marketing tactics
  • Experiment with digital and field marketing strategies to achieve optimal return on paid marketing investments
  • Work closely with sales to develop and refine demand generation strategies
  • Monitor and analyze multi-channel campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Manage marketing automation and lead management processes
  • Work with agency partners and contractors, guide their work, and hold them to a high standard.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing and executing successful digital campaigns for a B2B SaaS company with a track record of success
  • Familiarity with top digital tools including Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to analyze and improve our spend and performance
  • Proven experience in demand generation or digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity and comfort with working independently in a dynamic, small-team environment

Nice to Have

  • Domain experience in backup, disaster recovery, and/or cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of AWS ecosystem
  • Experience marketing to Cloud/IT buyers
  • Strong content and/or copywriting experience
  • Advanced data analytics skills (e.g. SQL)
  • Expertise with the Hubspot platform
  • Ability to run and optimize paid campaigns
  • Event marketing experience
