We help our customers with their cloud adoption by providing architecture, migration, optimization, machine learning, and even 24x7 support. We are a professional services firm providing services in software engineering and the cloud. We do Technical consulting, Programming & Quality Assurance, DevOps, Applications, UX, Product management, and Project management.


Metal Toad is a fully remote organization with all employees having the option to work from home. The candidate must be able to work between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time (PST) from Monday through Friday.


Advanced to fluent proficiency in English is a must for our positions since it is the language we communicate at the company.


Job Description


The Demand Generation Specialist at Metal Toad is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers (Leads) to create a robust sales pipeline. This role is essential in driving our growth by generating high-quality leads that align with our business objectives.


Mission


To identify, qualify, and develop leads through strategic outreach and targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects that align with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.Head of Sales. This role reports to the Director of Operations.


Outcomes


  1. Lead Generation and Qualification
    1. Research and qualify leads: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media and online reasearch. Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  2. Outreach and Engagement.
    1. Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential leads through email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
    2. Engagement: Develop and maintain a lead nurturing process to engage prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
  3. Pipeline Management
    1. Organize: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities. 
    2. Hubspot: Use HubSpot to track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  4. Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams
    1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams: Understand target markets and develop strategies to generate leads that meet these criteria.
    2. Collaborate with the marketing team: To align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Data Management and Reporting 
    1. Hygiene: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the CRM.
    2. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and performance against targets.
  6. Continuous Improvement
    1. Stay tuned: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
    2. Process improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the lead generation process based on data analysis and feedback.
