Role Overview
The Demand Generation Manager role at ENDVR is a critical position within our marketing and GTM team, as ENDVR shifts from a more traditional sales-led model to a product/marketing-led approach. The Demand Generation Manager will focus on driving platform self sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue growth through various channels. You will lead demand generation efforts, develop and execute end-to-end campaigns across the entire sales funnel, and analyze program impact on self sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B SaaS environments using a freemium or self-serve model, sharp analytical skills, and strong technical experience with HubSpot and WordPress.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assess current and emerging demand generation channels and provide recommendations based on ENDVR’s industry, target audience, and goals to drive self sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Support the development of our go-to-market strategy, utilizing always-on marketing tactics and targeted ABM strategies to drive platform sign-ups, and demand and pipeline generation
  • Define, develop, and execute lead nurturing campaigns, including sequences and workflows
  • Work with the Content Marketing Specialist to organize and manage webinar strategy and program, including audience acquisition, promotion, and program analysis
  • Evaluate and optimize website performance, including landing page creation, user journey optimization, and A/B testing
  • Build dashboards and reporting to interpret and translate data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on efforts, lead quality and follow-up processes
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques

  • What you need to bring:
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar role required (bonus points for experience with a freemium/self-serve model and/or retail SaaS experience)
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot, including automation/workflows and lead scoring required
  • Experience with WordPress or similar website platform required
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strategic thinkerFamiliarity with lead scoring methodologies preferred
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
