The Job:  

The Storage Solutions business is currently looking for a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) to work alongside the local Territory Sales Managers to achieve the overall sales organizational goals. The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) role will be positioned within the Storage Solutions Sales Team. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to learn our business from the ground up by developing your technical aptitude and selling skills, managing a sales territory and growing market share. This TSA role offers invaluable experiences for early career associates seeking challenging developmental opportunities to jump-start their careers within Storage Solutions . You’ll get to:  

  • Work with our local Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to achieve territory business objectives and sales targets
  • Develop extensive knowledge and expertise with Lista & Vidmar products and apply that knowledge across numerous vertical customer markets and segments
  • Manage the customer quote process for your territory
  • Support local TSM by assisting in data entry, opportunity tracking and account follow-up using our CRM, Salesforce.com
  • Assist in local research to develop lists of potential customers, generate leads and quotes to maintain active sales pipeline
  • Support TSM and inside sales on sales lead follow up and conduct cold calls to potential customers
  • Partner with TSM to complete site surveys of new and existing customer
  • Act as a liaison between the Customer Service team and end user facilities when issues arise

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, Business or related field required
  • Preferred 1 to 3 years sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales
  • Demonstrated time management skills, ability to set priorities
  • An exceptionally self-driven sense of motivation
  • Growth mindset and a "hunter" type of sales attitude
  • Demonstrated time management skills, ability to set priorities is required
  • Must have excellent telephone, written correspondence, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and present programs to both customers and sales organization
  • Knowledgeable with use of computers, MS Office products and CAD software a positive
  • This position involves approximately 50% travel within territory. Traveling duties consist of calling on end users and distribution, meeting and working with local TSM’s, to drive sales within a region. Territory consist of the state of Illinois and Wisconsin
  • Limited additional travel (outside of territory) may be required for training and company-wide meetings.
