Safety SME and Business Analyst

As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge application products. Partnering with your team of developers, testers, business analysts, and leading safety professionals, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories and prototypes. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high value safety products to military professionals and personnel.

You Have:
2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or a Software Requirements Analyst
2+ years of experience in working with DoD safety initiatives and regulations
Experience with the DoD services, including Air Force, Navy, and Army
Knowledge of the process of software requirements gathering and documentation
Ability to show technical expertise and comprehension of software and web application products
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience as an aviator or aviation support crew
Knowledge of the software requirements gathering and documentation process
Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
