We are seeking a proficient Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in eCommerce, retail or marketing domains.
The ideal candidate will excel in comprehending complex business needs and translating them into actionable requirements, driving business process improvements and ensuring project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement Business Analysis activities, adapting to project specifics including stakeholder management
Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements
Develop and maintain Business Analysis artifacts with appropriate detail
Facilitate collaboration and effective communication within the team and with clients
Manage project or product backlog, including scope decomposition and prioritization
Estimate Business Analysis efforts and contribute to high-level development estimates
Play a client-facing role, presenting results and fostering client relationships
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in E-commerce or Digital marketing, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Proficiency in managing Business Analysis activities across various project phases
Background in digital experience platforms (DXP), content management systems (CMS) and marketing technologies (MarTech)
Expertise in composable architectures such as commercetools, Contentful and SF Commerce coupled with familiarity with AI technologies
Skilled in microservice architecture and API-first design, including the creation of UML and BPMN diagrams
Capability to effectively engage in a distributed, multi-cultural and multi-time zone environment
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, proactively understanding and addressing their needs
Strong desire to continuously learn new technologies and explore various domains
Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher
Nice to have
Additional certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies
Prior experience in project management or leadership roles
