Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute client service strategies to attract new business and achieve sales goals for home equity and mortgage offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, real estate professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to evaluate financial requirements and recommend appropriate home equity and mortgage options.
  • Present various loan choices, clarify terms and conditions, and assist clients through the application journey.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure efficient loan approval processes.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, products, and regulations to enhance client support.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitive activities.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-driven and goal-focused, capable of working independently.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: \(24.00 to \)25.00, with uncapped commission potential!
  • Work Schedule: Fully in-person, Tuesday to Saturday, 11 AM - 8:30 PM (Remote on Saturdays).
