Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and prospective customers nationwide.
  • Deliver precise information regarding various mortgage products and services.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through active listening and responsiveness to their needs.
  • Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries by offering personalized solutions tailored to their financial situations.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and loan officer teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive client information and diligently follow up on leads using an advanced CRM system.
  • Drive business growth by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Adhere to company-specific protocols while following a structured weekly schedule.
  • Engage clients to assess their mortgage product needs, lock loans during the sales process, and submit initial paperless loan applications.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s 14-day closing requirements.
  • Manage various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a high-call volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous, particularly in the mortgage or finance sectors.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with customers, fostering a positive client experience.
  • Basic understanding of mortgage terminology and products is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related capacity.
  • Newly licensed applicants should have a minimum of five years of sales experience and a willingness to complete a month of training.
  • Flexibility to commit to approximately 40-45 hours of work per week.
