Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information about mortgage products and services.

  • Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries, presenting suitable solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to maintain seamless communication and enhance the client experience.
  • Utilize our advanced CRM system to manage client information and diligently follow up on leads.
  • Actively contribute to business growth by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Engage clients to identify optimal mortgage products, facilitating initial loan submissions and ensuring compliance with closing requirements.

Required Skills

  • A current, valid NMLS license in good standing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment.
  • A foundational understanding of mortgage terminology and products is beneficial.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related role.
  • Newly licensed candidates must possess five years of sales experience and a willingness to undergo a month of training.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, with mortgage or finance experience being advantageous.
