Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Procurement, Distribution, and Supply Chain to lead our strategic initiatives and ensure optimal operational efficiency. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the entire supply chain process, encompassing procurement, distribution, inventory management, and risk management, all while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a robust supply chain strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing supply chain team, fostering professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across supply chain functions.
  • Supervise procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
  • Implement inventory optimization techniques to reduce carrying costs while satisfying customer demand.
  • Streamline logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficacy and identify improvement areas.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the supply chain.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably in the franchise sector.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience in formulating and executing successful supply chain strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

Qualifications
