Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Project Manager in our Manufacturing & Supply Chain division, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the tool crib, focusing on optimizing storage solutions for parts and providing guidance to the crib team in their daily functions. Your time will be divided between desk work and active engagement on the shop floor, where you will support the crib attendants in the execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the tool crib operations to ensure efficient utilization of parts and supplies storage.
  • Lead the crib team in their daily responsibilities and project tasks.
  • Analyze relevant data and prepare reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure clarity in exchanges.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Operate a forklift as necessary (certification required).

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse or industrial environments (internships will be taken into account).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) including functions like VLOOKUP and template creation.
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
  • Strong written communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
  • A valid driver's license.
