Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with regional and district leadership to formulate and execute effective indirect pricing strategies and processes.
• Facilitate robust communication and cooperation among Supply Chain, field operations, HR, sales/marketing, and other departments.
• Develop and interpret metrics and dashboards to monitor indirect spend costs, rebates, and emerging trends.
• Partner with leadership to produce analytics and models that inform long-term strategic planning and deliver actionable business insights.
• Cultivate strong relationships across teams including HR, sales/marketing, finance, and operations.
• Identify and enact process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 7 years of experience in supply chain management, emphasizing indirect spend and strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of team management and successful negotiation.
• Strong analytical prowess and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and related reporting functionalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity for delivering presentations to various organizational levels.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or finance; a graduate degree (MBA) is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in supply chain management (CPP, CPSM, CPIM) are advantageous.
