Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our innovative strategic advisory firm. In this independent contractor role, you will be instrumental in guiding individuals, families, foundations, and donor communities towards impactful philanthropic endeavors, while actively expanding our network and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development by securing over $500,000 in new partnerships focused on reparations, wealth redistribution, and eliminating disparities.
  • Cultivate and diversify our network through proactive engagement and networking efforts, generating valuable referrals and partnerships.
  • Lead and manage partnerships from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to manage existing partnerships, emphasizing client retention and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by creating engaging content and participating in relevant conferences and discussions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of networking activities and client interactions to enhance institutional knowledge.
