Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging online lessons to individual students or small groups (2-6 students).
• Implement provided instructional materials to ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.
• Evaluate and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to encourage academic progress.
• Ensure adherence to the curriculum and complete all lessons within designated timelines.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
• Ability to deliver interactive and engaging online instruction.
• Proficient in utilizing educational materials to enhance student learning.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area is required.
• A Master's or Ph.D./EdD is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant subject area is essential, with high school teaching experience being an advantage.
