Job Description: On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Change Manager who will support the change management strategy and activities for the comprehensive cybersecurity program.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in change management, with a focus on IT or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams in technology-driven transformations.
• Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI, CCMP, or similar).
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity principles. • Company has an existing (at the time of submission) and ongoing contract with Candidate. P
Preferred Skills:
• Public Sector experience is an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and their organizational impacts.
• Solid ability to interpret cybersecurity data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced technical writing skills, able to create reports and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in the context of cybersecurity implementations.
