Job description

This is a remote position.

You will be collaborating on a tool with the team in the following,

 

            Client Engagement

           

            Technical Discussion

 

            Statistical Data Analysis

 

            Article Writing

 

            Book Chapter Writing

 

            Framing Novel Algorithms and Working with Research Problems.

Requirements
      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s       degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a change management role specifically focusing on digital transformations or technology implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital change management tools and platforms.
  • Proven experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
  • Ability to develop, implement, and oversee change management strategies and plans.
