Job description

Our Provincial health care client is searching for a Organizational Change Management Specialist with health care experience to join their team for a 12 Month contract to start. The mission is to facilitate the improvement and enablement of health care delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Requirements
  • 10 years’ experience implementing solutions (including information technology, process, and business architecture) in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years.
  • 5 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
  • 5 years’ experience developing training materials or curriculum for changes in healthcare. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include preparing training for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) designed for use in acute care.
  • 8 years’ experience implementing or working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) designed to be used in acute care settings and to support hospital workflows. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 8 years.
  • 3 years’ experience implementing or working with the All-scripts suite of products designed to be used in an acute care environment. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
  • 5 years’ experience in a project management or team management role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
  • 3 years’ experience implementing acute care patient records across large geographic areas at multiple (10+) healthcare facilities. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
