Job Summary:
The Channel Development Manager identifies, contacts, on-boards, develops, supports, and manages system integration and reseller channel partners throughout the Americas. Assigned to channel partners based on geography/territory, specialty channel or market focuses, the Channel Development Manager is responsible for achieving channel sales growth, business acceleration, and partner recruitment/ enablement objectives. The Channel Development Manager represents the entire range of ADLINK products to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical and is responsible for the execution of ADLINK’s channel development strategy to increase ADLINK’s customer reach across focus vertical markets and to ensure the proper ADLINK’s market coverage for the USA, Canada and LATAM regions.

Essential Job Functions (include, but are not limited to the following):
  • Sets tactical plan for channel development and business execution and long-term strategic channel growth strategies.
  • Develops and deepen the relationships with channel partners, proactively leads a joint partner business planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, evaluates effectiveness of partner programs and improves upon them through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s).
  • Coordinates development of product, sales and marketing materials required for channel partners to be successful.
  • Promotes and amplify ADLINK brand within channel organizations.
  • Trains sales resources within channel (sales champion incubation).
  • Manages the channel business growth.
  • Identifies potential channel conflict with other sales channels.
  • Ensures partner compliance with master partner agreements.
  • Drives the adoption of ADLINK’s business and product strategies, including New Product Introduction, promotion among the assigned partners.

Education: 

  • BS/BA preferably in business/ marketing or EE/ technical related field degree is a plus or equivalent experience.
Experience:
  • 5+ years in business-to-business sales and/or partner management.
  • Familiarity with distribution partners, value added resellers, domain-specific system integrators, and high-profile business alliance partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to articulate ADLINK’s value proposition and comfortable to present ADLINK products in public speaking event.
  • Sales mentality to drive the partnership-driven success.
  • Excellent in collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a rapid, yet methodical approach.
  • Have good business, analytical, and networking skills.
  • Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 based on the individual's skills, qualifications, experience, job grade and geographic location - this is a remote position.
