RIGHTECH is a leading nationwide provider of technical staffing services, and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for a W2 Recruiter position. This is a remote position and has a scheduled start date of Monday, October 28th.

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months plus

Job Description:

Our client, an Internet Service Provider, servicing the South East and TX is looking for a technical recruiter with experience recruiting Customer Service, Technical Support and Cable TV Field Technicians.


What your responsibilities will be:
  • Seek talented individuals to take on a variety of open roles.
  • Grow and foster relationships of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
  • Work closely with front line leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Screen resumes and prospects who qualify and interview candidates.
  • Prepare candidates before meeting with hiring managers.
  • Maintain the candidate experience process and update records in Applicant Tracking System.
  • Partner with local community organizations to build brand awareness.

What you bring to the table:
  • Excellent and flexible verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent and flexible interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to quickly learn applicant tracking software such as workforce now ADP and other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other related software.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws regulations and company policies.
  • Preform other duties as assigned.

General Qualifications/Education:
  • Five years of previous recruitment or hiring experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Three years' experience working in technology, construction, or sales a plus but not required.
