Position: Associate Financial Advisor - Remote | Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain impactful client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing financial aspirations. Collaborate closely with clients to gain insights into their objectives.
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Prepare necessary documentation for client meetings and ensure all materials are organized. Conduct thorough follow-ups post-meetings to address any unresolved inquiries or concerns.
  • Financial Planning and Investment Recommendations: Collaborate with our advisory team to design customized financial plans that reflect each client’s unique needs. Provide well-researched investment recommendations aligning with client goals.
  • Trades and Transactions: Execute trades and transactions efficiently and accurately. Keep abreast of market trends and investment opportunities to furnish clients with informed guidance.
  • Deepening Client Relationships: Engage proactively with clients to enhance relationships, understand their evolving requirements, and introduce them to additional services when appropriate.
  • Prospecting and Marketing: Grow your book of business by tapping into referrals and leveraging your professional network.
