About The Opportunity 

At Netrix Global, the Director, Partnerships & Channels at Netrix Global is responsible for managing relationships between our organization and its channel partners with focus on developing relationships based on the right technology, the right opportunity to grow our core services models, and the right profitability. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of channel landscape with a specific understanding of how to build the right strategy, the right process, and the right tactics. They will be in charge of developing new partnerships & channels, maintaining current partnerships and channels, and overseeing other activities that strengthen these connections. This is a leadership role with deliberate ownership of key measures and a collaborative role that works with numerous internal constituents and cross-functional organizations.

How You Will Make an Impact   
  • Manage relationships with channel partners in order to ensure that they are productive, growth-driving and profitable.
  • Recruit and manage channel partners to promote the sales of both managed and professional services. The relationships should also promote healthy sales of the channel organization’s offerings. This includes uncovering possible new additions to our channel program.
  • Negotiate new partnership contracts in order to establish mutually beneficial relationships
  • Evaluate the performance of the aggregate channel business and specific existing partnerships in order to identify opportunities for celebration and improvement. This includes bookings, lead-flow, revenue, product compatibility and more.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans that align with partner and channel goals and objectives e.g. co-developing and managing effective marketing campaigns to promote specific partners’ products and services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships and deeper opportunities within current relationships.
  • Teamwork: work closely and quickly establish excellent rapport and working relations amongst internal and external stakeholders;
  • Create positive partner experiences driving excitement, alignment, and growth;
  • Develop the right go-to-market strategy, behaviors and goals both with our partners and with our internal sales team.
  • Monitor and measure performance measures for the channel business.
  • Create the key components of the partner program and the messaging of this for current and prospective partners.
What You Will Bring to The Table   
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a similar channel leadership role. This will not be your first role leading a channel program or organization.
  • Preferred Channel experience with AWS
  • Preferred experience in organizations focused on B2B technology and both managed and professional services
  • Superior project management skills, including organization and detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent ability to manage relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented, able to work independently, as well as contribute to a team
  • Leadership, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A love for being in the field interacting with both the channel partner and internal organizations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Dedication to excellent customer service, timeliness, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Computer proficiency within MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, SalesForce.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, marketing or communications.

You will be a part of the sales organization and will spend time with sales leadership, service delivery leadership, marketing, operations, finance, customer experience and more. Also, you will work with numerous partner team members in a teamwork-oriented manner.
