Responsibilities:

  • Global Recruitment Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs across various regions.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    Utilize various channels such as networking, social media, job boards, and other innovative methods to build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    Manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
  • Interview and Selection:
    Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes in line with global best practices, ensuring the hiring of top talent aligned with company values.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and company policies.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, with a strong understanding of global recruitment practices.
  • Skills:

    • Proven ability to manage large-scale recruitment projects.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
