Job description

HR Profile, a consulting firm specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals for the LATAM region, is seeking an HRBP Recruiter for IT for our client, a multinational company specializing in digital development and agile solutions, with operations in the US, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia.

The objective of this position is to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development in a multicultural environment, as well as manage the hiring process, support employee relations, and ensure the implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Managing end-to-end hiring processes, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Providing HR support and guidance to employees and management, addressing issues related to labor relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Facilitating employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with management to identify HR needs and develop solutions to address them.

We are looking for:

  • Degree holders in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR functions.
  • Demonstrated HR experience focused on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and multicultural HR management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various HR platforms, such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
