Key responsabilities:
- Resolve HR queries in German and English
- Take ownership and resolve employee contacts with a focus on customer service
- Identify gaps in documentation and processes for service improvement
- Communicate effectively to explain and resolve employee lifecycle queries
- Work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
