Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Hunting: Proactively post job vacancies on various websites and social media platforms. Actively search for and engage with potential candidates on different platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to identify the most promising candidates. Send test tasks, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to help us make the best hiring decisions.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, contributing to the assessment of both professional competencies and soft skills.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with hiring managers, understand their needs, and guide them through the recruitment process. Manage expectations, provide valuable insights, and facilitate effective collaboration, ensure that the right candidates are selected efficiently.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and properly stored in our systems.
  • Database Management: Keep our candidate database - Huntflow - up-to-date, tracking their progress throughout the hiring journey.
  • Innovative Projects: Be a part of exciting talent attraction and HR initiatives that drive our company forward.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience and Passion for Recruitment: You’re an experienced recruiter whose passion for identifying and attracting top talent is unmatched. Your enthusiasm for finding the perfect candidates will be the driving force behind your success in this role.
  • Evaluation Skills: You have a keen eye for talent and know how to assess candidates effectively. You're skilled at screening applications, evaluating both hard and soft skills, and determining whether a candidate is the right fit for the role and our company culture.
  • Digital Savvy: You don’t just use digital tools and social media—you thrive in the digital world. You know how to leverage online platforms, networks, and technology to find and attract the best candidates, making you a true digital recruitment expert.
  • Recruitment Analytics: You’ll be responsible for analyzing recruitment data, tracking key metrics, and using insights to optimize our hiring strategies. Your ability to interpret data and identify trends will help us make informed decisions and continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Excellent English: You have an excellent command of English, with proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher, ensuring clear and effective communication in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Creative Flair: Your creativity in recruitment sets you apart. You’re not afraid to think outside the box, using innovative strategies and fresh ideas to attract top talent and make the hiring process engaging and memorable for candidates.
