GTM Operations Analyst 

The GTM Operations Analyst will oversee LetsGetChecked commercial operations activities in support of the Account Management function and drive improvement processes for Go-To-Market Operations where required.  Responsibilities for this role include:

Responsibilities 

  • Acting as the LGC Account Management subject matter expert and key point of contact for CRM, including forecast and funnel management, client segmentation & planning, and competitive analysis (Win/Loss, Voice of the Client, Retention, etc)
  • Creating and enhancing dashboards, reports, metrics, etc, to provide stakeholders with accurate, real-time visibility
  • Proactively monitoring and analyzing client performance, reporting findings, and conducting analyses as needed to support commercial needs and initiatives
  • Communicating insights and data findings to influence decision-making and drive action to achieve business goals
  • Establishing Client Health framework through partnership with Commercial Leaders and subsequently managing the process on an ongoing basis
  • Leading Voice of the Client initiatives such as NPS/CSAT surveys, Executive Sponsor program management, participation in future Client Advisory Boards, etc.
  • Partnering with Commercial Leaders to create, maintain, and enable stewardship framework
  • Partnering with Commercial Leaders to support key growth initiatives and day-to-day GTM Operations
  • Partnering with GTM Enablement to ensure role specific training and materials including new hire onboarding enhancement, training materials and adoption tracking for key commercial tools & process, and bi-annual Commercial team meetings
  • Interfacing effectively between Finance, Product, Marketing, Implementation, and all Verticals
What we are looking for…..
  • Requires 1-3 years of account management or client success/revenue operations experience
  • Self-starter and process owner mentality
  • Be solution-oriented and resourceful
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a growth environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and business intelligence systems (Looker preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
