• Crypto Industry Experience: Must have substantial experience and knowledge of the crypto industry. Familiarity with blockchain technology, digital assets, and the broader crypto ecosystem is crucial.
• Event Management: Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, particularly those that are sales-driven and strategically aligned with partnership goals.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable partnership and sales strategies.
• Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of an organization.
