Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This position specializes in promotions, coupons, bonuses, and promotool. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our promotional strategies and tools from a product perspective, ensuring they align with our business objectives and drive customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing department to design and implement promotional strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.

  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on potential impact on promotional success and customer satisfaction.

  • Use data-driven decision-making to balance short-term promotional needs with long-term product development goals.

  • Ensure that the product’s user experience (UX) and design support promotional objectives, making it easy for customers to engage with promotions.

  • Work with UX/UI designers to create seamless and engaging promotional interfaces within the product.

  • Create detailed documentation for new product features, focusing on how they can be leveraged in promotions.

  • Train internal teams, such as sales and customer support, on new product features and their promotional benefits.

  • Develop and Optimize PromoTool: Lead the development and optimization of AUTODOC PromoTool to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, analytics, pricing, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of promotional activities.

  • Define and Monitor KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for promotional activities and monitor their success to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Evaluate campaign performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

  • Leverage Customer Behavior Data: Use customer behavior data to inform promotional strategies and enhance customer loyalty.

  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive and innovative promotional strategies together with market research, UX research and digital marketing teams.


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of product management experience in promotions and promotional tools.

  • Demonstrate success in developing and managing promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

  • Experience presenting to high-level stakeholders and making data-driven decisions.

  • Background in experimentation and statistical testing.

  • Proven product management experience, focusing on promotional strategies and tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, conveying ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of e-commerce business models, particularly in retention and loyalty strategies, pricing, and promotions.
