We are seeking a proven, quota-carrying sales person to help grow our customer base across our CRE sales team. Candidates should have relevant exposure to CRE lending/valuation, investment sales and/or leasing practices. Knowledge of capital markets, CRE market transaction and data solutions is a plus. Our Sales Director position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional and enthusiastic self-starter. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. You will be responsible for selling multiple Trepp products to a variety of CRE professionals. You must be able to achieve sales targets exceeding minimum revenue thresholds, forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers. NYC, PA, and London office-based positions: Trepp’s offices follows a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
