Proficient in Quick Books or willing to learn outside of business hours.
Up date Book keeping and Preparing accounts in Quick Books as per GAAP standards
Documentation and management of records for the bookkeeping both in the accounting software
Preparing and filing HST returns
Bank Reconciliations
Preparing monthly and other periodical reports
Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations and internal policies
Processing Vendor Invoices, Vendor registration
Processing Customer Invoices etc.
Processing salaries and other costs to the company on time
and other necessary Accounting activities as they might arise.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9pm EST to 5pm EST Saturday 9pm Est to 1pm EST (Toronto, Canada Time)
Candidates with proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi will be preferred with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
2-3 years of accounting experience
Experience in Zoho Books
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of spreadsheets, as well as other Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
Highly detail-oriented
Up to date Computer with a second monitor
High Speed Internet
