Description

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HRBP and C&B functions, focusing on HR initiatives and various US benefits administration. This position requires a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

What you'll do

Assist the HRBP in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Collaborate with the HRBP to address employee relations issues, providing support and resources to managers and employees.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Manage US benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.

Stay informed on HR trends and best practices, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.


Requirements

You'll do is using

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the US.

Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.

Experience with benefits administration and compensation is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
