What You Can Expect

As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for coordinating the new and further development of one of our software solutions for public transport. This includes the following tasks:

• You design the functional requirements of the cloud-enabled web/browser application
• You write user stories
• You specify and continuously monitor the development results
• You support the sales team in the technical evaluation within the tender processing
• You support product management, for example with presentations or similar topics
  
  

What You Bring With You

• You have successfully completed training or a degree in computer science, transportation or similar
• You have experience and knowledge in related industry software (public transport) and in dealing with relational databases
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as a software developer or software engineer
• You have knowledge of established software systems (and their architectures) and ideally also of the usual programming languages
• You have know-how in the development of web-based applications and in working with browser and cloud technologies
• At best, you have an understanding of complex software systems and experience in working with legacy code
• Resourcefulness, assertiveness, excellent communication skills (in German and English) and an eye for detail round off your profile
