Key Responsibilities:

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ahoy’s real estate platform in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, business development, marketing) to gather and translate requirements into product features.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of highvalue features.
Work closely with the development team to guide the design, development, and launch of new features and platform enhancements.
Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive continuous product improvements.
Ensure the platform meets standards for security, privacy, scalability, and usability.
Gather client requirements and make sure to meet expectations within deadlines.
Maintain close alignment with business KPIs, adapting product strategies as needed.
(Optional but valuable) Apply any familiarity with the real estate domain to better anticipate user and market needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner in a technical or SaaS environment.
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure devops).
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience managing full product lifecycles, from concept to delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions.
Ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on business impact.
Nice to have: Experience or familiarity with real estate technology, property management platforms, or community management solutions.
