We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who can take full ownership of delivering business value through well-managed products and agile processes. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and refining business requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and facilitating agile ceremonies to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. Acting as a central point of collaboration between stakeholders and the delivery team, you will drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure the highest value features are delivered first.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Continuously engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product direction.
Monitor delivery metrics and encourage ongoing improvements in team performance and product outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
4+ years of experience across Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Scrum Master roles.
Proven ability to manage backlogs, define requirements, and lead Agile ceremonies.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile platforms.
Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSM, PSM) are a plus.
