We are currently looking for an Intern to join our HR team in Lithuania. In this role, you will support us in employee search, selection, the recruitment process, and other HR-related projects.
During the internship, you will:
Actively contribute to the recruitment process by sorting CVs, organizing telephone interviews, proactively sourcing candidates, and participating in interviews with hiring managers
Gain hands-on experience in searching for, selecting, and hiring employees
Have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the onboarding process for new employees
Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for improving local recruitment strategies

Are a student or recent graduate of Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communications, or a related field
Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Have excellent teamwork and communication skills
Are proficient in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
