Who we are looking for

Location: Remote, SF/LA/Vancouver preferred.

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for laying the operational foundation for the OpusClip sales team. This includes ownership of our tool stack, development of processes and playbooks, and collaborating with leadership on sales strategy and forecasting.


Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the B2B Revenue Operations function from the ground up
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Clay) to drive productivity and data quality
  • Analyze a user base of 10M+ to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with sales leadership on strategy, lead routing, performance analysis, and comp planning
  • Build repeatable, scalable processes across prospecting, closing, onboarding, and renewal
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, CS, and support to streamline operations
  • Ensure sales has the right tools, collateral, and playbooks to close effectively
  • Support CS with data and insights to drive retention and expansion


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in RevOps at a SaaS startup, ideally in a PLG or PLS environment
  • Deep experience with HubSpot CRM — including workflows, scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting
  • Proficient in Mixpanel (or similar) for product analytics and PQL insights
  • Familiar with Clay or enrichment tools to automate prospecting and enhance data quality
  • Skilled at integrating product data into sales workflows to improve routing, forecasting, and conversion
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver GTM insights
  • Proven ability to align sales, marketing, product, and CS through systems and process design
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments with changing priorities
