VP, Partnerships

The VP, Partnerships drives revenue growth through partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Banking Strategy leaders to align channel initiatives with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include leading partnership strategies with executive leadership, optimizing partner sales performance, and identifying market trends to enhance the channel ecosystem. Performance metrics include Channel Sales ARR, Channel Logo Growth, and Partnership Strategy Execution.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive channel strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Banking Strategy leaders to align channel initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Lead partnership strategy efforts in coordination with executive leadership, prioritizing high-impact alliances.
  • Monitor and optimize partner sales performance, ensuring continued engagement and revenue contribution.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitive positioning, and innovative solutions to strengthen DefenseStorm’s channel ecosystem.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Education and Experience
  • Detailed and demonstrable tangible results related to revenue and logo growth.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience specific to success in establishing and delivering results from strategic channel initiatives.
  • Experience should include offerings specific to cybersecurity, risk and governance and/or fraud prevention.
