The Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for marketing, sales, operations, and other positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic requirements.
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Paid Media, Sales, or other related jobs
Degree in business, human resources, psychology, etc. If not, successful performance in a similar role will be considered.
Advanced C1/C2 level of English
Proficient with Zoho Recruit or any other HR CRM.
Previous experience working with Slack, Asana, Loom and/or similar.
Familiarity with industry tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Strives in dynamic environments
Proactive and positive attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Availability during CST US time zone.
Duties/Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, etc
Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.
Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
Interview candidates and create their profile summaries for the client
Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
Maintain contact with candidates to keep them updated with their process
Maintain and use correctly the Applicant Tracking System to date
Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the marketplace.
Attends online job fairs and industry conferences
Performs other related duties as assigned.
