The Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for marketing, sales, operations, and other positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic requirements.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Paid Media, Sales, or other related jobs
  • Degree in business, human resources, psychology, etc. If not, successful performance in a similar role will be considered.
  • Advanced C1/C2 level of English 
  • Proficient with Zoho Recruit or any other HR CRM.
  • Previous experience working with Slack, Asana, Loom and/or similar.
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Strives in dynamic environments
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Availability during CST US time zone.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
  • Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
  • Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, etc
  • Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Interview candidates and create their profile summaries for the client
  • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them updated with their process
  • Maintain and use correctly the Applicant Tracking System to date
  • Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the marketplace.
  • Attends online job fairs and industry conferences
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Benefits
  • 1,200/month + Commission
