Where you’ll work: Ireland (Remote)

Renewals at GoTo:

The Renewals team at GoTo are focused on retaining revenue from our existing customer base, while working strategically with the aligned sales account managers and customer success team.

Having the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew client subscriptions, overcome objections, and strong time management, will be critical components to ultimate success within the position and business function.

The customers that the renewal representative will get the opportunity to focus on, are typically in the SMB space and are an area of the organizations focus.

Your Day to Day

As a Renewals Representative, you would be working on:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue / retention targets.

  • Effectively manage set of assigned accounts whilst carrying out risk mitigation and management.

  • Maintain detailed account of daily activity in Salesforce.

  • Defend against competitive pressures and uncover additional opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast for assigned region.

  • Respond to inbound customer account and billing inquiries (email/phone) efficiently.

As a Renewals Representative, your background will look like:

  • Proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals.

  • Renewals experience with excellent relationship building and sale closing skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Effectively work independently and as part of an account team.

  • Must be fluent in English and French.

  • BS/BA/University Degree or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 1 year industry experience in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to pick up technology, Salesforce experience desirable.
