Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with exceptional learning ability and strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
Social Media Networking: Leverage social media and sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a pipeline based on business needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a great experience at every stage of the recruitment process by maintaining fast turnaround times, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
Recruitment Processes: Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop a pipeline for future talent.

Qualifications:
