Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead for a remote direct hire position with a leading client in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Salary: $115-120k
Job Duties:
Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) while driving continuous improvement in delivery practices
Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Agile tools (e.g., Jira workflows, boards, fields, dashboards) to create visibility into sprint and release health
Partner with Product Management to ensure features are well-defined, appropriately broken down, and prioritized for delivery
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across engineering and product workstreams, and collaborate with stakeholders to address them
Manage the coordination of release timelines, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with the product roadmap and release goals
Establish and maintain agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to inform and guide improvements to team health and predictability
Help create and evolve best practices for agile delivery and software development lifecycle (SDLC) at AS Software
Act as a trusted advisor to product and engineering leadership on agile delivery optimization
Requirements:
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to tailor practices to fit the team and organizational needs
Strong Jira administration skills — able to build and optimize boards, workflows, and reports for different teams and initiatives
A systems thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
Ability to balance tactical day-to-day facilitation with strategic coordination of longer-term deliverables and releases
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving needs
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a high-quality Agile training/certification program
5+ years in a ScrumMaster, Agile Project Manager, or similar development process-oriented role
Experience supporting software development teams in a SaaS, healthcare, or technology company environment is a strong plus
