We're scaling fast, and looking for a strategic, execution-driven Chief of Staff to help steer the ship alongside our CEO.

As Chief of Staff, you are the CEO’s right hand. You’ll be instrumental in translating vision into reality, leading strategic projects, optimising internal operations, and maximising Romaric’s leverage. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to help scale a company across all functions—from GTM to product to people.

🧩 What You'll Own

💼 Maximise CEO Leverage

  • Own the CEO’s calendar, inbox, internal priorities, and communication
  • Filter and resolve issues before escalation
  • Ensure his time aligns 90 %+ with the top 3 company priorities

🚀 Drive Strategic Execution

  • Lead 3–5 cross-functional initiatives per year with measurable business impact
  • Define project plans, align stakeholders, and ensure high-velocity execution
  • Track company priorities and turn vision into action with clear deadlines and owners

📈 Own Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Build and maintain board decks, investor updates, and fundraising materials
  • Manage data rooms, timelines, and CEO preparation
  • Ensure sharp, strategic, and polished communications with investors

🔧 Optimise Internal Operations

  • Run leadership rituals (e.g. OKRS, exec syncs, strategic offsites)
  • Improve team alignment and organisational rhythm
  • Help recruit and onboard key hires

🛠 What You Bring

Hard Skills

  • Experience in VC, strategy, BizOps, or consulting (2–5 years)
  • Financial modelling (Google Sheets / Notion / Pitch)
  • Strategic thinking (GTM, market analysis, business models)
  • Project management tools (Notion, Jira)
  • Bonus: familiarity with SQL/BigQuery
