Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief of Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of supporting executive leadership, driving operational excellence, and improving cross-functional collaboration. As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the executive team and the broader organization.
As Chief of Staff, you will provide excellence by:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Manage executive calendars, emails, and to-do lists, ensuring timely execution of priorities.
Facilitate leadership meetings, document key takeaways, and track action items.
Improve processes, streamline workflows, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee planning and execution of company-wide meetings, leadership retreats, and strategic initiatives.
Act as a liaison between executives and teams to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.
Lead special projects that enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness.
Do you have what it takes to be our Chief of Staff?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or similar leadership role, ideally supporting senior executives in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
Tech-savviness and comfort with using productivity and project management tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
The ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Resourcefulness and critical thinking, with the ability to solve problems independently.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and team needs.
Must be presently residing in the Philippines.
Expected Work Hours and Time Zone
You are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, following US business hours. Weekends are off, and flexibility to support executives during working hours in the US is required.
