Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of EDI strategies across the organization.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of EDI issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate EDI principles into organizational policies and practices.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of EDI initiatives and recommend improvements.
