Non-Profit Compliance Manager
In this role, you will establish and oversee Natcast's compliance programs, working closely with the General Counsel and leaders across the organization to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly those related to our non-profit status, government affairs and government contracts. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies that support Natcast's mission while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.
Every day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance matters, develop and deliver training programs, and establish frameworks for monitoring and reporting compliance activities. Initially serving as an individual contributor with the potential to build and lead a team, you will be instrumental in creating a culture of compliance that supports Natcast's innovative work in advancing U.S. semiconductor leadership.
To thrive in this role, you must possess hands-on experience in developing and managing compliance programs, preferably in a nonprofit or government contractor setting, coupled with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical policies and procedures. Your expertise in risk assessment, policy development, and stakeholder engagement will be essential to our success.

The Senior Manager of Compliance plays a vital role in ensuring that Natcast's operations align with all applicable regulations while enabling the organization to effectively pursue its mission of strengthening the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures
Provide guidance on compliance matters related to 501(c)(3) nonprofits and government contracting
Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees across all levels of the organization Monitor and assess compliance risks and vulnerabilities across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and providing practical solutions to mitigate risks.Ensure the organization’s ethical standards are upheld and act as an advocate for ethical business practices across all departments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related issues, working with legal, finance, operations, and other departments to address inquiries and resolve compliance concerns.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with the Legal team to review and update policies as regulations evolvePrepare and submit reports on compliance activities, audits, and assessments to senior management and the board of directors.
Establish compliance monitoring and reporting frameworks and lead all compliance related reporting and disclosure activities
Monitor and stay up to date on latest compliance related regulatory requirements and best practices
Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
Develop and maintain compliance documentation and records
Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to foster a culture of compliance
Potential to build and lead a compliance team as the organization grows
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in non-profit or government contracting environments
Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and policies
Excellent at working with cross-functional teams, including with finance/accounting teams for compliance related reporting/audits
Strong knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
JD or Master's degree in a relevant field
Deep understanding of 501(c)(3) and/or government contract compliance requirements
Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, GCCA)
Experience building and leading compliance teams
Familiarity with compliance management software and tools
