  • Organize and evaluate field events such as webinars and trade shows, preparing ROI reports and managing vendor relationships.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships for co-marketing opportunities and collaborate with sales on go-to-market plans and campaign content.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Manager with a background in the Food & Beverage and/or technology industries. Join our dynamic, collaborative marketing team to accelerate pipeline growth through creative lead generation campaigns, impactful partnerships and engaging field events. Your work will directly contribute to building our brand presence to fuel the sales pipeline across North America. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care, North America.

Job Responsibilities:
‪Responsible for planning and executing the Americas marketing strategy, supporting local market penetration and identifying new business opportunities, with a focus on:

Digital Campaigns
  • Plan, develop and execute digital campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and budget.
  • Research and oversee advertising opportunities, maintain media relationships and coordinate ad placements.
  • Recommend and align social media strategies with broader campaign goals.
  • Analyze campaign results against KPIs and apply key insights to improve future initiatives.
     
Field Events
  • Plan and execute the event plan for all related field events including, but not limited to webinars, trade shows and seminars. Research creative event ideas and options for the region.
  • Evaluate event results and prepare ROI reports. Manage budget and invoice with vendors.
     
Partnership Programs
  • Identify and cultivate strategic co-marketing opportunities with industry partners to jointly promote solutions, co-host events and generate leads
  • Collaborate with sales to develop go-to-market plans, campaign content and enablement materials tailored to consulting partner audiences.
  • Engage with industry associations to explore co-marketing opportunities and manage membership agreements.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / B2C marketing in the Food & Beverage and/or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Experience working with vendors and budgets.
  • Experience collaborating with several departments cross-functionally.
  • Autonomous with an understanding of responsibility and accountability.
  • Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills (ability to negotiate).
  • Energetic and not afraid of a challenge.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation tool is a plus.
  • Language: English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Enjoy working remotely and can travel approximately 10-25% of the time.
