We are building a next-level revenue operations function in a leading SaaS fully remote company, aiming to support all commercial teams in our Go-to-Market function (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success) to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency by aligning and optimising processes, systems, and strategies across the entire customer lifecycle.
As a Revenue Operations Manager in our Revenue Operations team, you will be a key player in supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions — Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Finance.
Your Tasks In collaboration with the Head of RevOps, you develop and execute strategies that will drive revenue growth, GTM efficiency and daily user experience for our commercial team (e.g. Lead routing, account scoring, sales engineering, post-sales account management)You independently lead tech-transformation projects by gathering requirements from GTM teams and implementing them in alignment with our business objectivesYou independently analyse marketing and sales data, identify trends, and derive concrete recommendations to increase revenueYou work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnership, Customer Success, and Finance teams to solve business challenges through GTM process optimisationYou create dashboards and reports — both proactively and per request of stakeholdersYou document and educate teams on new processes, focusing on continuous improvement within HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stackYour ProfileYou have at minimum of 3 years experience in commercial operations within a B2B SaaS environmentYou have experience with CRM (ideally Hubspot) and Excel/G-SheetsYou have experience setting up, automating, improving efficiency and fixing bugs in processesYou have data analytics experience: SQL or another language (intermediate level is enough), any BI tool (e.g. Looker/Tableau)You possess good communication skills as all tasks will require close collaboration with different teamsExperience using commercial tools like Zendesk, Planhat, Make, Zapier, Chargebee, n8n, Looker, etc is a nice to haveYou can independently manage and execute projects end-to-endWe offer
